The object of this game is to test communication skills within a team setting. How do we measure our work? With words and numbers. Can your team communicate in both these languages? Can they solve problems and communicate linguistically and numerically?

In Conundrums, teams will be presented with nine letters delivered in a straight line, for thirty seconds. Then they have another thirty seconds to type in the longest word they find using just those letters. Who will count the letters, who will check the spelling, who will watch the clock? It will take teamwork.

To give the number crunchers their time to shine, there will also be a series of fixed Number Goals and a series of other numbers, that can be used once each, with add, subtract, multiply and divide symbols. Put them in order to hit the target. One minute to complete each sum. Don’t worry we’ll give you a worked example.

Nicknamed “How did you get there from here?”, this game is designed to let the team acknowledge and embrace the diversity of skills and working processes of its members. If you’ve got it, don’t be shy, use it – your team needs you to beat the clock!
